These terms and conditions, referred to as "Terms and Conditions," establish a legally binding agreement between you and Doane & Company Ltd. ("Doane"). Furthermore, you are prohibited from referring to or attributing any information to Doane or its licensors in any public medium for promotional or advertising purposes or any other purpose that may influence a third party unless authorised in writing by Doane. Doane also prohibits the use of DOANE® and any other Trademarks as part of a link to or from any other site unless the establishment of such a link has been approved in advance by Doane in writing.
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Doane hereby provides you with a restricted, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and easily revocable license to access and utilise the Site exclusively for your personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes, provided that you uphold all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property notices contained therein. Furthermore, Doane does not grant you permission, either implicitly, through estoppel, or otherwise, to state or imply that Doane endorses or supports the political views, ideas, causes, products, or services of any third party. All other rights are explicitly reserved at this time.
Your usage of the Site, including all associated features and functionalities, must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as any other restrictions on the usage of the service or Content. Doane retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site or your access to or usage of the Site at any time and for any reason, without providing notice or incurring liability to you or any third party. The Site may become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for other reasons, which may result in damages to your systems, software, data, or operations. For such damages, Doane shall not assume any liability.

Furthermore, you renounce all claims against Doane for any actual or alleged breaches of privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, attribution rights, or infringement of intellectual property rights, arising from or relating to the aforementioned Submissions. Doane does not assert or endorse the accuracy or dependability of any Submissions exhibited, uploaded, posted on any message board, or otherwise dispersed through the Site by any user of the Site, information provider, or any other third party. Doane explicitly disclaims any and all liability connected to Submissions, and you acknowledge and concur that any reliance upon said Submissions shall be your sole choice, responsibility, and risk. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doane and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives and attorneys and their respective heirs, successors and assigns (collectively, the "indemnified parties") from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by any or all the indemnified parties in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to: (i) your access to or use of the site, or (ii) any breach by you of these terms and conditions or the representations, warranties, and covenants you have made by agreeing to these terms and conditions. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any such claim. Doane reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOANE'S OR ANY OF ITS PREDECESSORS', SUCCESSORS', PARENTS', SUBSIDIARIES', AFFILIATES', OFFICERS', DIRECTORS', SHAREHOLDERS', INVESTORS', EMPLOYEES', AGENTS', REPRESENTATIVES' AND ATTORNEYS' AND THEIR RESPECTIVE HEIRS', SUCCESSORS' AND ASSIGNS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE EXCEED £1. These Terms and Conditions serve as the comprehensive agreement between yourself and Doane regarding the subject matter outlined in these Terms and Conditions. It surpasses and replaces all previous or concurrent understandings or agreements concerning said subject matter, whether written or oral. Any waiver of any provision within these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if it is in written form and signed by Doane. The failure to enforce any provision within these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of a future violation of that provision or any other provision within these Terms and Conditions.
The laws of England and Wales preside over these Terms without considering the principles of conflicts of laws associated with them.
